how do you cook chicken breast fillets smart cuts?
So I am a single guy and haven’t tried cooking meat before. There is no instruction on these things. But I think you can pan fry them with cooking oil. Anyone got instruction. They are “Sanderson Farms Chicken Breast Fillets with Rib Meat- Smart cuts, boneless, skinless 97% fat free”
I would only use a splash of oil to ensure they didn’t stick and add the pieces to a reasonably hot pan.
Don’t crowd the pan as you will knock the heat out of it and the chicken will just stew.
Cook for 3 minutes per side on medium high heat and then check for any sign of pink juices.
Don’t keep picking them up or turning as you want the internal temperature to rise, in fact leave alone.
Don’t poke them or press them down with a spatula to make them hiss, that just aids the juices to escape.
Hold down only in places where they are not in contact with the pan, bit don’t press.
